Orders will typically get processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays, and shipping time is typically around 2 – 5 business days. Selecting an upgraded shipping option will only decrease the shipping time, not the processing time for orders.

Just log in to your Shared Planet account to check on the status of your order. You can also see past orders or re-order products you’ve enjoyed. It’s super simple!

No, however by setting up an account, you become part of our Shared Planet community and have access to you order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Never! Shared Planet’s entire mission is about supporting and defending animals of the world. Shared Planet is certified Cruelty-free by LEAPING BUNNY, which is the only internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free brands. It requires independent audits to verify the cruelty-free claims are true. It is considered the gold standard in cruelty-free certification. Shared Planet’s ingredient suppliers make the same pledge and the result is a product guaranteed to be 100 percent free of any animal testing. All Leaping Bunny companies must be open to independent audits, and commitments are renewed on an annual basis. Our products are clean, vegan and certified cruelty-free to ensure no animals are ever harmed by our production methods or use of certain ingredients.

Although we can’t specify which organization will receive a donation due to your specific order, we commit and promise that Shared Planet will donate AT LEAST 10% of every sale to animal and habitat preservation-related charities across the world.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time as all sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacements of damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Please note, you must include photos of the issue including the packaging slip.

Shared Planet accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Currently, we do not accept credit cards from international banks – we’re sorry for the inconvenience!

No, we currently only ship within in the 48 continental states of the United States. We plan to start shipping outside the continental United States and other countries in the coming months.

You can see your order’s status by going to “Login” at the top of the page and signing into your account. Then all you need to do is checkout Order History and click on your desired order to see its status.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via our Contact page immediately. Also, please note - Once your order is fully processed, we are unable to modify it or make a cancelation. We apologize for the inconvenience!
